Donorfy is a cloud-based CRM system for the charity sector. It’s designed to make the often complex, messy process of managing donors much easier. The team behind it – F2B consulting – had the technology in place and ideas for a name.
They needed a name rationalisation and brand story that meant they could take it to market.
I led the team on a one day workshop to explore the product and the marketplace and to better understand their customer needs and how the product was uniquely meeting them. Following the session, I created a name recommendation, lead brand message/strapline and key messaging that meant Donorfy could begin to tell their story – how they were making donor management easy, more effective and even enjoyable.
